We strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, charges, and related terms.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We will send you an email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines (India)

- These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, festivals, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- We partner with reputed logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, DTDC, Ekart, Shadowfax, XpressBees (and others depending on pin code & product).
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[999 / 1499 / your threshold].
- Below free shipping threshold: ₹[49–99] flat or calculated at checkout based on weight, pin code & courier partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee (if applicable): ₹[49–99] extra (non-refundable).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable even if you return/cancel the order (except in case of our error – wrong item / damaged product).
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Military / Cantonment addresses (unless facilitated by India Post)
- Certain remote / restricted pin codes (will be shown at checkout)
Some products (liquids, batteries, perfumes, fragile items, etc.) may have restricted shipping to select locations due to courier / regulatory rules.
5. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- Track your order real-time on our website (My Account → Orders) or on the courier partner’s website/app.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Most couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If delivery fails due to wrong address, recipient not available, or refused COD payment → the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases:
- Re-delivery charge may apply (₹[80–150]).
- COD orders may be cancelled if payment is refused repeatedly.
- Returned orders attract return shipping deduction from refund (usually ₹[80–200]).
7. Important Notes
- All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs (for imported items), public holidays, natural disasters, or incorrect address provided by customer.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered (or attempted delivery is made).
- For high-value orders we may require OTP / signature / ID verification at delivery for security.
